Thank-you for your interest in our Top-Golf Swinging to Keep Families Together 2025 Fundraiser.

You'll be supporting Eastern Wisconsin & Chicagoland Northwestern Indiana Ronald McDonald House Charities —helping keep families close during challenging times.

Registration process (2 easy steps)

Step 1: Submit your information

Please provide the following details:

• Your name and contact information
• Names of all golfers and non-golfers in your group
• Sponsor name (if applicable)

Once completed, click Submit Registration to proceed to the shopping cart.

Step 2: Complete Your Payment

You can pay using PayPal, Venmo, or Apple Pay(you're using an apple product and apple browser). Continue filling your cart until everything is added, then tap the shopping cart icon to proceed to the payment information page.

A Note to Sponsors Not Attending

If you're sponsoring but not attending, please provide:

• A contact name and email address
• Your sponsor name
